Be a member of EV2 Residents Association. The bigger we are, the higher chance for us to achieve what is important to you. 

 

For new member application, please submit followings to guard house :-
a. printed copy of Membershipform 
b. printed copy of payment slip (or email soft copy) for RM100 as member fee + 3 months = RM460
c.  if original owner, please submit 3 pages of SPA; SDP and owner name, EV2 address and signature page ;

     if sub-sale, please submit 3 pages of SPA; previous & current owners, EV2 address and signature page ;

     if tenant, please submit 3 pages of TA (names, Ev2 address, period and signature page

For renewal of expired membership due to arrears (start from Oct 2020), please pay RM100 member fee + arrears amount and email payment slip to elminavalley2.ra@gmail.com

After being a member, the monthly fee should be paid via "Sime Darby Property Comminuty" mobile app only.
